Viewnetcam.com is a Free DNS update service provided by Panasonic. Panasonic IP Camera need the DNS update service to update the current WAN IP address, unless if using 3rd party DNS update providers.
Step 4:

: If already have an account, please login with email, password.
Step 5:

: Password: <please see the enlarged picture.> eg: abc12345
: Fill in the rest of the blanks.
: Press "I Agree" to continue.
Step 6:
: Give a subdomain name as your own.
: "Choose" to continue.
